ACCESS Program
Fannie Mae's ACCESS® program provides opportunities for eligible broker-dealer firms to distribute our fixed-income securities, including debt, MBS, and credit risk transfer, to the capital markets.
Fannie Mae diligently seeks opportunities to include ACCESS firms in funding and investment activities as well as other activities that contribute to our mission. Fannie Mae supports the success of its ACCESS program through a dedicated program management office (PMO). The ACCESS PMO engages with program participants through various activities, including conducting joint fixed-income marketing meetings with investors, providing training workshops that enable ACCESS firms to participate more effectively in Fannie Mae offerings, and educating the trading and sales teams.
