Fannie Mae Announces Updates to Desktop Underwriter (DU) Validation Service

On March 29, 2024, Fannie Mae will update the Desktop Underwriter® (DU®) validation service to allow for the digital validation of income and employment for casefiles submitted to DU which reference an eligible third-party asset verification report.

This update will apply to new casefiles created on or after March 29, 2024.
