Upcoming Enhancements to Fannie Mae DUS Disclose and BD4 Factor Files

To support transparency and timely information sharing, over the next several weeks Fannie Mae is implementing two changes that affect the data available for investor consumption:

• July 23-25, 2021: DUS Disclose®, Fannie Mae's multifamily security disclosure platform, will be updated over the weekend of July 23, 2021, to provide additional disclosure information for Fannie Megas® and REMIC securities. Beginning with this update, users will be able to identify if a Fannie Mega or REMIC security is backed by collateral that meets the social criteria established in Fannie Mae's Social Bond Framework.
• August 5, 2021: Beginning on August 5, 2021, the Weighted Average Coupon (WAC) and Weighted Average Maturity (WAM) values for Multifamily ARM securities will be available in the MBS and Mega Factor File and the Ongoing Supplemental File published on the fourth business day of the month (BD4). These values are currently available in the files issued on the sixth business day of the month (BD6). With this change, the ARM WAC and WAM values will now be available two days earlier and at the same time as Multifamily fixed-rate securities values.
