Fannie Mae Releases Quarterly MICA Disclosures

Today, Fannie Mae released its Q1 2025 Mission Index Criteria Attribution (MICA) disclosure supplement, a social impact estimation methodology for our Single-Family mortgage-backed securities. This supplement empowers investors to quantify the estimated impact of their portfolio investments on specific populations of Mission borrowers.

The MICA Engine, available through Data Dynamics®, automates the calculation methodology for portfolios of eligible Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac CUSIPs. The tool will be refreshed this week with Q1 2025 data.

We plan to publish the MICA disclosure supplement quarterly, on the 14th business day following the end of each quarter.
