Fannie Mae to Provide Floater Reset Rates for Both Delay and No Delay Single Family REMICs
February 1, 2023
Effective February 24, 2023, Fannie Mae will begin providing the floater reset rates for both delay and no delay Single Family Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit (REMIC) CUSIPs. The No Delay Floater Reset Rate File initially will be published on February 24, 2023. The Delay Floater Reset Rate File initially will be published on March 7, 2023. Subsequently, the files will be published on the following schedule each month:
