Fannie Mae to Republish June MBS Month-end Files

On July 27, 2022, Fannie Mae will republish to PoolTalk® and the secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) site the June MBS Month-end Issuance Security Level file and MBS Month-end Security Supplemental Issuance file. The two updated month-end files will include six REMIC-backed Megas (RBM) that were not originally included in the June month-end files published on July 1, 2022. The six RBM were included in the July 1 intra-day file published at 3:30 pm.

Additionally, the updated month-end files include corrected data for 13 securities published as part of the June correction files. These 13 securities will also have the correction indicator set to "N" instead of "Y" on the re-generated June MBS Month-end Issuance Security Level file. 

The regenerated files are:

• June MBS Month-end Issuance Security Level file - FNM_IS_202206_REV.zip (text file inside zip will be called: FNM_IS_202206.txt)
• June MBS Month-end Security Supplemental Issuance file - FNM_ISS_202206_REV.zip (text file inside zip will be called: FNM_ISS_202206.txt)
