Separation of Multifamily MBS and Mega Information for Certain Disclosure Files
Effective today, July 2, 2018, Multifamily MBS and Mega disclosure information will be removed from the following files on PoolTalk®:
- New Issue Pool Statistics (NIPS)
- ARM Stats™
- Fixed-rate and Adjustable-rate Quartile Files
- GEO Stats™
Similar information for Multifamily MBS and Megas from the above files has been available on DUS Disclose™ and in the DUS Disclose Files since April 30, 2018. As a reminder, we have provided documents that map the attributes from the PoolTalk Files to the enhanced DUS Disclose Files on the DUS Disclose Learning Center.
Also, Multifamily Megas will no longer be included in the following files on fanniemae.com:
- Mega Latest Postings
- Monthly Collateral Summary
- Recently Priced Mega Transactions
- Final Data Statements/Collateral printable and downloadable
In addition, the Final Data Statement Supplements for Multifamily Megas will no longer be published.
