Fannie Mae Updates Multifamily MBS Prospectuses Effective January 1, 2025

Fannie Mae has published updated Multifamily MBS Prospectus documents, which will be used for Multifamily MBS issued on or after January 1, 2025.

Changes include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Updates to address Tax Relief Program disclosures
• Updates to address changes to the Enterprise Multifamily Lease Standards Policy

The updated prospectus documents may be accessed from our website and Multifamily MBS investors are advised to review the documents in their entirety.
