Fannie Mae Updates Multifamily Master MBS Trust Agreements Effective December 1, 2024

Fannie Mae has revised and amended its outstanding Multifamily MBS Master Trust Agreements and Indentures, which will take effect on December 1, 2024. The updates clarify how title to the mortgaged property will be held for mortgage loans subject to foreclosure or other conversion. These updates align with current multifamily policies for foreclosed loans.

Investors are advised to review applicable Trust Agreements in their entirety.
