Fannie Mae Extends Temporary Policies in Response to the COVID-19 Emergency

Today, Fannie Mae updated its Lender Letter LL-2021-02, Impact of COVID-19 on Servicing, communicating to its single-family servicers that the suspension of foreclosure-related activities was extended through July 31, 2021.
