Fannie Mae Publishes Additional Fannie Score Historical Data

Fannie Mae has published additional historical credit assessment data based on the Fannie Score™ for loans acquired from October 2025 through September 2026. This release extends the historical Fannie Score data published in September 2026, which covers loans acquired from April 2013 through September 2025. Beginning with October 2026 issuances, Fannie Mae began disclosing the Fannie Score for loans in our single-family mortgage-backed securities to provide investors with additional visibility into our internal credit risk assessment process.
