Single-Family Historical Loan Performance Dataset Publication Delay

The release of the quarterly Fannie Mae Single-Family Historical Loan Performance Dataset is delayed. We anticipate publication in November 2024 which will include acquisition and performance data through Q2 2024.

Additionally, Fannie Mae identified that the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) portion of the Single-Family Loan Performance Dataset was erroneously published reflecting incomplete information. The Q2 2024 HARP performance data should be discarded accordingly.

We will notify the market when the Q2 2024 Single-Family Loan Performance data including the HARP dataset is available and we apologize for the inconvenience.
