Fannie Megas and Supers Trust Agreements
Fannie Megas® and Supers™ are created as separate trusts and are governed by a trust agreement.
The trust agreement – along with its exhibits – defines the terms of the deal, describes how the deal will be executed, and lists the deal's parameters or limitations.
Single-Family Megas® / Supers™
Fannie Mae executed a new Single-Family Mega / Supers Master Trust Agreement, effective June 1, 2019, that is used for Single-Family Megas and Supers with issue dates on or after June 1, 2019.

The Single-Family Mega Master Trust Agreement, effective May 1, 2018, was in effect for Single-Family fixed-rate and ARM Mega pools with issue dates on or after May 1, 2018 through May 1, 2019.

Multifamily Mega
The Multifamily Mega Master Trust Agreement, effective May 1, 2018, is used for Multifamily Mega pools with issue dates on or after May 1, 2018.
