Fannie Mae Updates Multifamily MBS Prospectus Effective January 1, 2026

Fannie Mae has updated its Multifamily MBS Prospectuses, providing (among other changes) additional guidance on mortgage loans issued with original issue discount and certain affordability products. The prospectuses will be effective for Multifamily MBS on or after January 1, 2026. Multifamily MBS investors are advised to review the documents in their entirety.
